quest Student Academy

The QUEST student academy is a week-long science enrichment program for students ages 7-11. Though the specific content and topics change each summer, the program is characterized by a number of central goals, including:

  • Providing hands-on and inquiry-based experiences for elementary-age students to foster conceptual understanding.
Encouraging students' positive attitudes about science and themselves as science learners.
Promoting students' understanding of the nature of science, and the relevance of science to their everyday life experiences.
